Depending on the case, we offer a half day or full day rate, or a simple project based flat fee. All projects are entered into via engagement letters, which set out a summary of the problems faced, gives an indication of the services to be provided, the timescale for project completion, and the costs of the project. There is also a specified mechanism for dealing with additional works or variations to the original project. The terms for payment are, “Payment on Instructions”.
